Ninety percent of our product line covers engine conversion applicatons. Since we are the "4-Wheel Drive Experts", we manufacture quality tubular headers. - - Our V8 header flanges are 5/16" thick, and V6 flanges are 3/8" thick. All of our primary tubes are constructed with 18 gauge tubing with a 2-1/2" 3 bolt collector ring. Each design is available in either a commercial chrome finish or a non-plated version, ready for your painting or custom coating. NOTE: Our headers will not fit Chevy small blocks with angle port heads - - We do not waranty the chrome plating on our exhaust systems, and the use of aftermarket header wrap products will void the header warranty.

MBRP's Jeep JK muffler were designed to match the very real demands JK owners have for their rigs. After many dyno runs with various muffler designs, combined with real world testing, MBRP were able to pull 9 RWHP and 15ft/lbs out of the 3.8L V6. The unique chambered design of the muffler provides a pleasingly rich rumble at idle that builds to a civilized growl at driving speeds and a throaty roar when you push the throttle down. Unlike fiber packed straight through mufflers MBRP's chambered design can handle getting wet. Here at MBRP, a lot of thought is put into the exhaust system. The muffler remains to the rear to avoid having to reposition the evaporation canister. MBRP tucked the muffler up as high as possible in order to provide maximum clearance while keeping it in the factory location. The heavy 16 gauge steel construction is tough enough to stand up to anything that the road, or off road, can dish out. The mirror polished T304 stainless steel tip can be easily removed for off road adventures and replaced for driving around town.
